Notice to End Users

In some circumstances, an administrator may do so on behalf of an "End-User" and enter their information, including Personal Information, into QTanalytics. In these situations, the administrator, who can be your employer or an ATP authorized by QTanalytics, is our "Customer." We gather information at our clients' request and have no personal connection to the End-User whose personal data we process.

Data from Third Parties

We also obtain data from third parties. We protect data obtained from third parties according to the practices described in this statement, plus any additional restrictions imposed by the source of the data. These third-party sources vary over time, but have included:
