Emphasizing the pivotal role of legal and institutional frameworks, the study elucidates the necessity for targeted initiatives to bridge gender disparities within the entrepreneurial landscape. The overarching objective is to provide nuanced insights into augmenting women's economic autonomy, thus catalyzing sustainable developmental paradigms through entrepreneurial ventures. Viewing entrepreneurship through a panoramic lens, this study delves into the profound ramifications of women's economic emancipation on the global economic tapestry. It intricately expounds upon the strategic imperatives for attaining gender parity through robust institutional, legal, and policy frameworks conducive to women entrepreneurs on a global scale. Furthermore, the study meticulously outlines the concerted efforts championed by the United Nations, manifested in international conferences and programs dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs worldwide.
