Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) continues to be a leading cause of morbidity and mortality globally, and particularly in India. While modern medicine offers surgical and pharmaceutical solutions, there is increasing evidence—rooted in both science and traditional wisdom—that CAD can be effectively prevented, halted, and even reversed naturally. This article presents a holistic, sustainable, and affordable pathway for reversing CAD, using nutrition, lifestyle changes, and mind-body interventions. Such an approach not only improves individual health but also contributes directly to the targets of Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3): Good Health and Well-Being for All at All Ages.
