Authored by two stalwarts in public administration and policy—Dr. Pardeep Sahni, a veteran academician and administrator, and Dr. Suresh Kumar Sharma, a prolific researcher and governance scholar—the book is both a reference text and a critical commentary on evolving paradigms of governance in 21st-century India.
