ADMINISTRATIVE DEVELOPMENT: A JOURNAL OF HIPA, SHIMLA is a bi-annual double blind peer reviewed and refereed journal included in UGC Care Index list. The first issue (January-June) will be published in July every year and second issue (July-December) will be published in January. We invite unpublished, original work pertaining to issues affecting administrative development and public policy. Research articles, notes, comments and reviews may kindly be sent to the Managing Editor of the journal at HIPA, Fairlawn, Shimla (H.P.)-171012. Submission is required in word file and should be sent at editor.fairlawns@yahoo.in. Authors must strictly adhere to the guidelines for preparing manuscript so as to minimise editing time and avoid any discrepancies in paper. Special attention is required to provide author’s institutional affiliation, an abstract of about 100-250 words, citation & reference list as per journal’s style. Manuscripts must be prepared in word file with 12 size Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing.  Only References need to be written with proper citations within paper, and no bibliography is required. Referencing as endnote or footnote is not allowed. Articles not fulfilling the guidelines will not be entertained. Detail guidelines are available on hipashimla.nic.in.
